This NFT collection is inspired by the well-known Bitcoin ranking chart, which goes from shrimp to humpback. However, because of the different maximum supply between Bitcoin and Metrixcoin, a slight modification was proposed by sochocten1 in 2020. After careful consideration of the ranking and a desire to maintain Bitcoin's ranking as much as possible, a new ranking system for MRX was proposed and will be launched with the MBJ in 2023.
The ranking list has undergone two significant changes. Firstly, the Plankton rank has been added to the chart. Secondly, the Whale and Humpback ranks have been swapped following the inclusion of the Blue Whale, which is twice the size of the Humpback. As a result, the Whale rank now claims the top spot on the list.
